The Committee is recommended to note the ongoing, outstanding and completed actions arising from previous meetings of the Committee and correspondence entered into by the Chair on behalf of the Committee in accordance with the Standing Delegation to Chairs, as listed in the report.

4.1  The Committee received the report of the Executive Director of Secretariat.

4.2  Resolved:

(a)  That the ongoing, outstanding and completed actions arising from previous meetings of the Committee and correspondence entered into by the Chair on behalf of the Committee in accordance with the Standing Delegation to Chairs, as listed in the report, be noted.

(b)   That it be noted that the Monitoring Officer, in accordance with Regulations 7(3), 13(1)(a) and (6), has referred a complaint regarding the Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) and that a report on the subject will be submitted to the Police and Crime Committee in due course.
