The Committee is recommended to:

(a)  Note the report; and

(b)  Agree an additional meeting on 17 May 2011, to consider the Committee’s report on management of public space and scoping reports for the investigations to be started during the summer.

4.1    The Committee received the report of the Executive Director of Secretariat. 

4.2  Resolved:

(a)  That the report be noted; and

(b)  That an additional meeting be held on 17 May 2011, to consider the Committee’s report on management of public space and scoping reports for the investigations to be started during the summer.
