Apologies for Absence and Chair's Announcements

To receive any apologies for absence and any announcements from the Chair.

1.1  There were no apologies for absence.

1.2  The Chair welcomed to the meeting members of the Havering Fabian Society and representatives from the Harrow Deaf Club who were watching the meeting from the public gallery.

The Assembly is asked agree to the GLA’s Head of Paid Service taking up another role as the interim Chief Executive for the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime on a short term basis whilst recruitment to the post on a substantive basis is taking place.
