Kate was Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Home Office from 1998 to 1999, and Minister for Sport in the Department of Culture, Media and Sport from 1999 to 2001. She is an honorary Vice President of Surrey County Cricket Club and the Honorary President of British Wheelchair basketball.

Richard Tracey

Ambassador for River Transport

In his London Assembly Member role, Richard is Conservative Lead on the Transport Committee, a member of the Budget Committee, and also serves on the Metropolitan Police Authority. In addition to serving as an MP for 14 years and also as a former Government Environment Minister, Richard is a Justice of the Peace and a Freeman of the City of London. He was the Sport England Chair for South London for three years and is President of Kingston Amateur Regatta and Kingston RFC.
