Richard Blakeway
Director of Housing
Richard Blakeway spent seven years working in the House of Commons, including for the Conservative Party's policy review and then as housing advisor to Boris Johnson during his Mayoral campaign. In 2004 he helped launch and edit the International Development Magazine circulated to over 100 countries. Richard is a Young Ambassador for the Samaritans and Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts. He is also a member of the Homes and Communities Agency's London Board.

Anthony Browne
Policy Director
A former national journalist, Anthony Browne was Director of
the leading think tank Policy Exchange, and has written reports on issues
ranging from the NHS to housing, education, environment and welfare reform
for several think tanks. Anthony has a degree in mathematics
from Cambridge University. He is married with two children and lives
in north London.

Pamela Chesters
Mayoral Adviser on Health and Youth
Pamela was previously Chair of the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust, one of the largest NHS trusts with a budget of over £450m, which was awarded a double excellent in the latest Healthcare Commission Annual Health Check ratings. Pamela has extensive experience of working with vulnerable children and chairs the Council of Trustees of one of the largest children’s charities in the UK, Action for Children, (formerly NCH).

Isabel Dedring
Director of Environment
Isabel Dedring spent five years at Transport for London as Director, Policy
Unit and before that as Chief of Staff to the Transport Commissioner. Isabel
has also worked for Mckinsey and Ernst and Young. She has degrees in law
from Harvard and is a qualified lawyer in the US. She is fluent in German,
Russian and French.

Guto Harri
Director of Communications
Guto spent more than a decade as a political correspondent for BBC News.
He was also posted by the Corporation to Rome and New York. He has presented
some of the flagship programmes on Radio 4 and left the BBC to become
senior Policy Advisor consultant for Fleishman Hillard before joining the
Mayor's team.

Munira Mirza
Director of Policy for Arts, Culture and the Creative Industries
Munira has a background in journalism, lecturing and policy research,
and has worked for a range of cultural and charitable organisations including
the Royal Society of Arts and Tate. She is a member of Arts Council London,
MLA London, a Council Member on the UK Committee of the European Cultural
Foundation and is a founding member of the Manifesto Club. She did her PhD
at the University of Kent on the subject of local cultural policies in the
UK.

Kulveer Ranger
Director of Transport Policy
Kulveer spent ten years in management consultancy with The Nichols Group; his clients included the Department for Transport, Network Rail and London Underground. During this period his focus was on delivering major transport projects in London, including Oystercard and the King's Cross redevelopment. Kulveer holds degrees in architecture and business.
As a former Vice-Chairman of the Conservative Party, Kulveer was a champion for the Conservative Women's Association and advised the Shadow Home Secretary on diversity.

Dan Ritterband
Director of Marketing
Daniel spent the first six years of his career at Saatchi & Saatchi,
producing communications for brands such as the NSPCC, Sony, Visa, Lexus
