The proposal is two planning applications (outline and full) for the demolition of all buildings and the creation of an industrial park of over 60,000 sq.m of floorspace of warehouse/distribution uses. A relocated wetland and associated landscaping and 200 car spaces are also proposed.

Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide a building comprising four interlinked blocks above a double height podium rising from ground plus nine storeys to ground plus thirteen storeys to include 86 residential units and three retail units (within either Class A1 or A3). Three basement levels comprising residential leisure facilities, storage, servicing, parking and cycle bay provision, together with parking, leisure and servicing facilities for the adjacent hotel. Relocation of Edinburgh Gate and realignment of Knightsbridge; associated highway works and the stopping up of public highways. Reorientation of the Knightsbridge Underground staircase/entrance (north side) and all necessary enabling works.

Lower Lea Valley Olympic & Legacy
In order to comply with the planning conditions and S106 attached to the main Olympic and Paralympic planning consents granted by the JPAT boroughs on the 1 October 2004, the London Development Agency (IODA) is required to prepare 40 planning strategies to provide additional detail on their proposals. Eleven such strategies were submitted to JPAT and none statutory GLA comments were requested by JPAT on the 13 January for consideration by the four boroughs in the week commencing 6 of February 2006.
