London Housing StrategyMay 2009The GLA Act 2007 gives the Mayor responsibility for producing London’s housing strategy. The draft for public consultation was published on 21 May 2009. Embodied in the strategy is the Mayor’s vision for housing in London:

This draft strategy is subject to statutory consultation with the public. It follows a period of consultation with the Assembly and functional bodies. The Assembly and functional body consultation draft was published in November 2008. An integrated impact assessment of the draft London Housing Strategy has been undertaken and copies of the report, which will be published on the website in due course, are available from the GLA.
