Is our evidence fit for purpose?
City Hall, London SE1 2AA Seminar summaryIn the run up to the publication of the London Plan, the Economic Development Strategy and the Transport Strategy, it is important to consider whether we have the evidence we need to base them on and if we have used it to best effect. This is not only important in considering options but also in being aware of how potential critics could react. This staff seminar will hear from external and internal speakers on evidence evaluation, best practice experience, some common problems and new methods of data collection. The seminar will help inform both analysts and policy developers and will be useful for all those engaged in strategy development in the GLA, LDA and TFL.
