Annual London Survey

The London Survey is a major annual opinion survey of Londoners, commissioned by the Mayor and the Greater London Authority and carried out by Ipsos MORI. The survey, now in its eighth year, enables the Mayor and the GLA to capture Londoners' views on life in the capital and their priorities for its improvement. The survey includes a set of core questions repeated each year which allows changes in attitudes to be tracked. This is complemented by new and topical questions on key issues for Londoners.

This year's survey included questions on:

• Best and worst aspects of living in London
• Improvements to London's transport network
• Concerns about the environment
• Policing and community safety

Annual London Survey 2007

The survey was carried out between 4 October and 3 December 2007, and the 'top line' results were published in January 2008:
