The Mayor's Annual Report 2007/08

'The Mayor's Annual Report 2007/08' combines the Mayor's Annual Report for 2007/08, as required by section 46 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999, and his best value performance plan, required under the Local Government Act 1999.

The report describes delivery against key initiatives and statutory indicators during the eighth year of the last administration, as well as outlining the new administation's plans for improving Londoners' quality of life and ensuring they get better value for money in the coming years.
