Commencement of a procurement process via a closed tender process with a minimum of 3 suppliers approached to source a contractor to provide maintenance and support for ITnetwork switches.

The contract is envisaged to last for three years with an option to extend for an additional year and has a total estimated value of £112,000 including the one year extension.

The delegation of authority to the Executive Director - Resources to approve the award of the above contract to a supplier offering the best value and most economically advantageous tender.
