Chief Executive of Reed in Partnership

Chris Melvin is the Chief Executive of Reed in Partnership, which as one of the largest welfare-to-work providers in the UK has helped over 100,000 people into employment.

He joined Reed Executive in 1994 and has led Reed in Partnership from its inception in 1998. In this time he has helped grow the company into an organisation with over 1000 employees, operating from offices across the UK, Europe and Australia with a turnover of £80 million.

Chris was the Founder Director and Deputy Chair of the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA), the membership association representing independent providers of publicly funded employment programmes. A graduate of the University of London, Chris has a BA Hons degree in Geography.
