Previous EiPs

The 2011 Examination in Public of the Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy is the sixth London Plan EiP. The previous EiPs were:

  • 2010: Replacement London Plan. The Examination in Public (EiP) of the Replacement London Plan, which the Mayor published in draft for consultation in October 2009,  was held between 28 June and 8 December 2010. The Panel Report was published in May 2011.
  • 2009: Crossrail Alterations. The EiP Panel Report on the London Plan Crossrail Alterations was published in February 2010.
  • 2007: Further Alterations throughout the Plan, including extension of the timescale of the London Plan from 2016 to 2025/6. The EiP Panel Report was published in October 2007.
  • 2006: Early Alterations, on housing provision targets and waste and minerals. The EiP Panel Report was published in September 2006.
  • 2003: The Mayor's Spatial Development Strategy, The London Plan. The Report of the EiP Panel into the draft London Plan was published in July 2003.
