Position statements
we have now received position statements for the examination hearings, following the deadline of 5pm on Monday 14th November. If you wish further information on the format for such statements please refer to the guidance note available to download below.
25 November: Technical evidence has been submitted by Savills on behalf of Tottenham Hotspur FC.
30 November: Revised statement by LB Barking & Dagenham in the light of a revised report submitted to the examination.
30 November: Late statement from British Airways, delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and accepted by examiner
