Help
Documents available for download from this website are normally available in two file formats, PDF and RTF.
PDF - Portable Document Format
- PDF files maintain the original formatting and layout of the document, and include all images: pictures, maps, graphs, etc.
- To view PDF files you must have PDF reader software, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, installed on your computer. This software is available free of charge from the Adobe website. Information about alternative PDF reader software is available at http://www.pdfreaders.org.
- Users with visual impairments who make use of text to speech software may encounter problems when using PDF files. The access.adobe.com website provides tools and information to help make PDF files accessible to users with visual disabilities.
RTF - Rich Text Format
- RTF files may not maintain the original formatting and layout of the document, and do not include images.
- RTF files are readable with most current word-processor software.
- RTF files may be larger than PDF files and therefore slower to download.
