Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy - Examination in Public
Welcome to the Examination in Public website for the Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
The Examination in Public (EiP) of the Mayoral CIL took place at City Hall in autumn 2011. The hearing sessions opened at 9:30 on Monday 28 November 2011 and ran for 4 days, closing on Friday 2 December. The EiP provided an opportunity for a structured discussion before an independent Examiner of selected matters arising from his consideration of the draft charging schedule and of responses to the consultation.
The Mayor appointed Mr Keith Holland BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI ARICS as the independent Examiner for this Examination in Public. He was assisted by the EiP Secretary, Ms Carmel Edwards.
On 27 January 2012 the Mayor received Mr Holland’s report, and he published it on 31 January 2012.

Replacement London Plan
The Examination in Public (EiP) of the Replacement London Plan was held in 2010 at City Hall, starting on 28 June and concluding on 8 December 2010. The Mayor published the Panel Report on 3 May 2011. The report, information on matters and participants, statements and briefing notes are all available to view/download.
