London is a sporty city. Every year 30,000 people run the London Marathon and manage to raise £130 million for charity.

- Football frenzy Whether you want to join a local team or simply start playing in your back garden or park, football
is one of the easiest (and cheapest) sports you could take up. Find your nearest community club.

- Crazy about cricket Like football, all you need is some space and basic equipment to start playing
