Current projects
The Partnership is currently working to establish high profile hydrogen and fuel cell projects that help alleviate London's environmental problems and grow the industry in London and the UK. These projects are being developed through the Partnership's Task Groups, co-ordinated by the Steering Group. A list of project opportunities will be posted on the website in the near future. In the meantime, project suggestions and proposals are welcome.
- Hydrogen Vehicles at the Olympics
The award of the Olympics to London in 2012 and the associated profile presents an opportunity for London to show leadership in a wide range of areas. One of those areas is in the low carbon transport sector. The Olympics will directly lead to the procurement of a wide range of vehicles, from new buses to small electric buggies, and so allow for the high profile demonstration of low carbon, low emission technologies.
- London Schools Hydrogen Challenge
The London Hydrogen Partnership’s London Schools Hydrogen Challenge is a new initiative endorsed by the Mayor of London to engage secondary schools across all 33 London boroughs.
