Corporate Plan

The GLA's Corporate Plan sets out how in the medium and short term the GLA will deliver the Mayor's objectives and key policies, support the statutory duties of the Authority and secure the performance of the functional bodies. It enables the Mayor, when setting the work programmes of the GLA, to ensure that the staff resources required are provided and suitably deployed.

The Corporate Plan covers a three year period and is updated annually.
