2009/10 budget2009-10 Capital Spending PlanThe Mayor is required, under section 122 of the Greater London Authority (GLA) Act 1999, to prepare, for each financial year, a capital spending plan for the functional bodies: Metropolitan Police Authority (MPA), London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA), Transport for London (TfL) and London Development Agency (LDA). The budget requirement for 2009-10 is £3,203.8 million and the band D council tax for this budget is £309.82 an increase of 0% over the 2008/09 budget.
