Each year we undertake a number of telephone surveys to help us understand what matters most to Londoners.
GLA programme of phone surveys
We focus on contemporary issues that the Mayor is currently developing policy on to ensure that Londoners views are taken account of in key decision making. We have recently looked at people’s perceptions of issues such as volunteering, London’s culture, climate change and safety in parks.
The surveys are undertaken by ICM research on behalf of the GLA, and interview 1000 Londoners over the telephone. They are representative of the wider London population in terms of gender, age, social class, tenure, ethnicity and working status.
