A Mayor's Consultation Meeting on 2012 and Beyond was held on 9 June 2009 in Walthamstow.
2012 and beyond
This public meeting discussed the impact the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games is already having and will have in future on the lives of Londoners. It also addressed the issues of legacy once the Games are over.
The Mayor and Seb Coe were joined by speakers from the Olympic Delivery Authority, the Olympic Park Legacy Company and athletes, all of whom took questions from the audience.
