The London Borough of Bromley is geographically the largest borough in London comprising 150 square kilometres. It has 299,700 residents, and 96,400 people work there.
Bromley has a low BME population compared to the rest of London, with very diverse BME groups. It is one of the least deprived boroughs, and has the second lowest population density.
Between December 2004 and December 2005, crime levels in the borough remained the similar (there was a less than 1 per cent reduction).
During the same period, gun-enabled crime also remained at similar levels, but homicide levels went down from 4 incidents to 0.
