Creating bundles of twigs (faggots) from tree branches already cut on site, and tying with hemp string. Later in spring these bundles will be then be put in the river to help silt build up, which will then be planted with native river plants.

Come along if you feeling like working outside in a beautiful environment, doing something different and meeting new people, and helping the river at the same time. The work will take place on the different nature reserves in the area through which the river Yeading flows.
