The London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA) oversees the London Fire Brigade and is in charge of supporting London Boroughs in their emergency planning role. For complaints about fire services or emergency planning in London please contact LFEPA through their web site at www.london-fire.gov.uk/MakingAComplaint.asp
