Climate Change Adaptation Strategy

We are encouraged to use low energy light bulbs,most of  which do not produce the light output that they ciaim. This can have nil effect if sprting and other venues have vast arrays of flood lights. Most of these are unnecassy, if sporting fixtures where not dictated to by television and played during daylight as used to be the norm.
