Climate Change Adaptation Strategy

Property developers/builders must install solar panels in all new build properties.  There must also be a plug-inpoint for two electric vehicles and off street parking adjacent to the property for at least two vehicles.  (Too many vehicles parked in the road require traffic to constantly stop and start and, as a result, use more fuel).New build planning should not be approved without these installations.
