Climate Change Adaptation Strategy

Every London school should have solar power by 2013. The benefits would be huge. Schools and local authorities would not only save money on escalating electricity bills, but could make thousands of pounds a year thanks to the new 'Feed-in tariff' rewarding people for clean electricity production.  This could be re invested into further eco-measures. Most importantly, kids could see this security-building, planet-saving, vaguely magical stuff at work in practice.
