Climate Change Adaptation Strategy

Rather than allow for the building of out-of-town shopping centres, which have vast car parking spaces for the vehicular traffic they attract, we should be promoting local shops that are accessbile to local residents.  By doing so, we can reduce our dependency on car use and keep local shops open to trade.
