1. Apologies for Absence and Chair’s Announcements

To note membership of Functional Bodies and London Borough Councils and to declare any other personal or prejudicial interest in specific items of the agenda including interests arising from any gifts or hospitality received since 12 September 2007.

4. London 2012 Sustainability Plan

The Committee is recommended to note the report as a background to questioning the representatives of the following organisations:
- The London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG)
- The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA)
- The GLA, BioRegional
- The Commission for Sustainable London 2012

- delegate authority to the Chair to authorise the publication of a report of the Committee’s Making it in London conference held on 26 October 2007.
