The 101 pilot runs from March 2008 - March 2009 and allows you to report any of the following:

1. Fly tipping
2. Graffiti
3. Abandoned vehicles
4. Noise nuisance
5. Litter
6. Dog fouling
7. Street lighting
8. Pot holes and pavements

At present this is only for issues in Waltham Forest or Barking and Dagenham. If this is the case all you need to do is telephone 101.
